- ACSAT in Vigan 2010

By Ray Marvin Flores

In the Pursuit of Academic excellence, ACSAT participated in the International Conference (ICHER2010VIGAN) sponsored by PAIR (Philippine Association for Institutional Research)with Conference Host University of Northern Philippines. This is with the theme “Utilization, Experience and Discovery” held at the Heritage City of Vigan Caoyan, Ilocos Sur last April 27 to May 1, 2010.  ACSAT presented 3 papers. In the Category of science and technology: “Pacman Robo Boxer” presented by Prof. Rolando Racelis, In the Best Practices Category:  “Water billing System for SAMANA” presented by Mark Obis, and in Poster with oral  presentation category:  “A Comprehensive Assessment of Purok 32-A, Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City” authored by Prof Rufo Jawa and Presented by Ray Marvin Flores.
This is a testament that ACSAT has been chartered again in the field of contributory knowledge and this manifest ACSAT has not yet rest from its laurels.
To Add cherry to the Icing, Professor Ray Marvin Flores from ACSAT was Elected as regional Coordinator for the NCR Luzon Cluster Of the Philippine Association of Institutional Research. A recognition that ACSAT is an institution that endeavors the culture of research.
